Goodbye Class of 2016...

Hello class of 2016, parents, teachers and students. You are now looking at the graduating class of 2016. Leaving Golf is going to be hard for all of us but we will always keep the memories. We went through thick and thin together but here we are now graduating as one.

When I first came to Golf I thought these four years I'd have here would take forever. But in a blink of an eye were already graduating. Feels like just yesterday we were the little tiny kids of Golf. But were official done being the leaders here, and its now time for the class of 2017 to take over

I can guarantee that none of us are going to forget about Golf or the teachers in it. The biggest reason were all her today is because of our teachers. They were the ones who never gave up on us in our worst times. They were the ones who stayed up responding to our emails, or grading our work. They made sure that we were learning each day but also having a little fun here and there. Even if it didn't seem like it, we knew that they cared for us and wanted us to do great. They created us to be the people we are today. Our teachers were basically our second parents. They had to live with our crazy behavior and our bad choices. They understood when we having an off day or weren't feeling too good. They were the ones we could tell everything too, and trust them with secrets. Some how they always had the right words to say. And I just want to thank them so much for that.

I also want to give a huge thanks to my classmates. They were the reason I wanted to go to school everyday. They were the ones who made me smile, cry, and laugh. They always helped make my day. You can't get along perfectly with everyone but we found a way to work together and put aside our differences. They made me a stronger person. They prepared me for the real world. But I'm most thankful for my closest friends. I was able to trust them with everything. I knew that they were they for me. Even if it was for the smallest things, like telling me what the Spanish homework or for bigger things like being there for me and reminding me everything will be okay. After the four years here at Golf my real friends finally shinned through and they are the ones I'll never forget. All the great laughs we had in class, the projects we did together, and the times we got in trouble but it was all worth it in the end. I'm going to miss them so much. But I still want to thank the kids who I wasn't so close with. They helped me when I didn't understand something, they also put up with all my talking and giggling in class. And I want to thank them for them for that.

I'd finally like to say thanks to my parents. They're my world and I hope they know that. They pushed me to be the best I could be. Not to just settle with okay. To fight for what I want. And to remember two wrongs don't make a right. They reminded me to keep my head up and work hard. They had to deal with complaining everyday about all the homework we had or projects I waited last minute to do.They've dealt with me for all these years and there are more years to come. I love them so much and I'm so thankful for them.

I would like to leave you guys with a famous quote by Les Brown, "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you land among the stars.'' I want you guys to know to never stop trying, you'll get there one day.Thank you everyone. I will never forget Golf Middle Schools Class of 2016.

How do I wanna leave Golf Middle School?

This year I want to leave Golf Middle school happy and wanting to come back. I want to have my last few weeks here super fun and enjoyable. I know we have a lot of testing these last few weeks such as Parcc and Finals but I think all the fun we have this quarter balances it all out. First off we have our Camp Maclean field trip, then we have our ABC countdown starting. Everything kinda balances out this year. I'm very very excited to leave Golf and move onto high school. But I'm going to miss everyone here. I want all my teachers to remember me(in a good way). I also want to make sure my friends and I don't forget each other. I want to leave with great grades also. This quarter is going really fast and I'm ready to go. I don't want to be forgotten but I'm ready to leave.

March 6, 2016

Dear Diary,
Today is Sunday, March 6 2016, the day before my birthday. I will be turning 14 tomorrow. Today I am inviting some friends and family over today to hang out. My cousin slept over last night so we woke up in the morning to decorate. Once everyone got to my house around 1 o'clock we watched a scary movie called "Would you rather.'' The movie was more gruesome than scary. In the middle of the movie my brother brought down pizza for everyone, so we ate during the movie. Once the movie was over we all got up and went outside. We stayed outside for about and hour. Then we came in for some cake. it was a overall fun day with all my friends.

Science Guy

Hello. My name is Rob. I ask of you not to judge me on how I look, because I'm a fun enjoyable person on the inside. I'm just a regular normal boy. I love to play basketball. I'm the best player in my grade. My friend Linda is also an amazing player. First glance at me and you might just think I'm not human. But trust me I guarantee that I'm am NOT an alien. The thing people find the weirdest about me is my tail. But I really love my tail its what makes me, me. Another thing people first notice about me is my pig nose. Everyone always ask me how that is possible and honestly I don't really know. The last thing that people find weird about me and what is also find weird about my self is the I only have 2 toes on each feet. A low total of 4 toes for me. I've always wanted to wear one of those socks were they are like gloves for your feet but you need 5 toes for those. I have really long arms but they made me 100x better at basketball. The one thing that all girls think is weird about me is my "Kylie Jenner' lips. I have big lips what can I do, Over all my weirdness I have the best style in school. People like me and I have amazing friends. That's all about me, thanks for listening.

Basketball Season 2015

This year I played for my school basketball team. We ended the season right in the middle. 5-5. I had such a fun season this year. I loved playing with all my friends. I mean we weren't the best team in the league but we also weren't the worse. I loved going to basketball practice everyday it was fun and a way to keep busy. I loved making plays and giving them the most random names ever. We had plays name bubbles, taco, purple, and lasagna. Its was funny to call them out during the games. We I was also with playing with 2 of my closest friends which made it even more fun. Basketball is my all time favorite sport and playing with friends made it better. I loved home games the most because they give you such adrenaline, everyone cheering you on. I also love to shoot 3's. I'm not a great shooter but I've made a few throughout my season. Every time I made one I would just get so happy and hyped to continue playing. But my most favorite thing to do during a game is to stuff someone. It sometimes just leaves people in awe. I played center on defense so people would dribble in and try getting a shot around there and once in while I would stuff someone. For our school we have a staff vs students game. In the beginning of the game I stuffed my basketball coach. People reactions were funny but I kept playing, it was exciting. At the end of each season we have a tournament. We put up a fight for our first game but just couldn't win. Then the next game it was kinda an easy win. But now we were going against Fairview school for 5th place. Just going to say it was one of the best game I've every had. We ended up winning 23-22. Crazy game. But it was an amazing was to end our season. I still wish the season was going on because I had an amazing time. Basketball season 2015 was one of my favorite basketball seasons ever.

Food

A food that always bring good memory's to me is Burek. Burek is a food we eat in Albania. Its like bread with meat or cheese in it. Over the summer I went to Albania with my family. I always love going there. Beautiful weather. Amazing sights. Lots of freedom. My uncle over there lives on a mountain, so it takes almost 15 minutes(in a car) to get from the bottom of the mountain to his house. But at the bottom of the mountain there was a burek place. They made the best burek ever. Every once in a while we would go down there to eat breakfast. Every time we went there for breakfast we had a super fun day. One time when we went to eat breakfast there, we then went to this huge mall in Podgorica, Montenegro. Its was such a cool mall. There was so much to do. Then on another day when we went there to eat we went to the beach after. The beaches over there are amazing. I love the sand, the water, the weather, everything is amazing. What I'm trying to say is that every time we went to that place I had a really fun day. Also burek just taste super good. So every time I eat burek I think of the super fun times in Albania.

Movie Review: Daddy's Home

Daddy's Home was a funny, enjoyable movie. The Step father in the movie is Will Ferrell. He is a really funny actor and is fun to watch him act. In the movie he acts like a super sweet father to his step kids, but he's afraid of his wife Ex-husband. Mark Wahlberg plays the Ex-husband, who is strong, smart, and good looking. They have to learn to get along when the ex-husband comes to stay with Will Ferrell's familys. Overall its a really funny and enjoyable movie. I give it a 7/10 movie rating.
